Prescinda Duggan, has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1986. She is a graduate from Wilfred Beauty Academy in Connecticut. She worked primarily in the hair and make-up industry before shifting her interest to aesthetics 2 years ago.

Prescinda has had extensive training in facials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Having already been a make-up artist, she is now skilled in creating custom blended cosmetics as well. She is also trained in the art of Micropigmentation Permanent Makeup with emphasis on permanent eyeliner and eyebrows.
